The rules of the coast

1. The people behind the coast

These terms govern your use of sunlemoncoast.com ("Sun Lemon Coast", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of sunlemoncoast.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age: 19 and over

Only users aged 19 or over may use Sun Lemon Coast, and by using it you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins on the coast

  • The games run on virtual coins that we hand out free of charge.
  • Coins have no monetary value and are not money, credit or property of any kind.
  • Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Nothing is sold in the app.
  • We never offer a prize that has any real-world value.
  • From time to time we may adjust or reset coins, levels and features.

4. No gambling for money

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted on Sun Lemon Coast, and the site does not link to gambling operators.

5. Holding an account on the coast

  • The two members’ worlds need a free account. One account per person, and do not share it.
  • Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if someone else has used your account.
  • You may delete your account whenever you like from your account page. Deletion happens at once and cannot be reversed.
  • We may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to someone under 19.
  • Your coins, levels and missions sit with the account, never become your property, and may be reset.

6. Behaving well on the site

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. Keeping the site up, and liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or remove any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. Ontario law

Ontario provincial law, together with the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario, governs these terms.
